• To secure your place on a workshop you need to pay a booking fee of 50% of the total amount in advance.

• When you are notified that your booking fee has been paid your place becomes confirmed.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or when you arrive for the workshop.

• The booking fee minus a 10% admin cost will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days before the start date.

• The booking fee minus a 25% cancelation fee will be refunded if you cancel between 30 to 59 days before the start date.

• The booking fee minus a 50% cancelation fee will be refunded if you cancel between 7 to 29 days before the start date.

• The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel less than 7 days before the start date.

• In the event that the workshop is cancelled by me, you will be refunded what you have paid in full.

• Any cancellations by either side must be made in writing via email.

• It is a term of the agreement between us that you are solely responsible for and will obtain appropriate medical and travel insurance to cover any loss, expense and damage arising from the possible cancellation of the workshop, personal accident and injury, medical and repatriation costs, loss of baggage, personal money and belongings, flight cancellations and delays. We cannot be held responsible for any medical, travel or other insurance matters. 

• I expect workshops and classes to be run smoothly without any technical or other problems, and I do my best to make this happen. Should any such unexpected events outside my control occur, such as power/energy cuts, sudden failure of equipment, etc, I cannot be held responsible.

• By making a booking you accept all of the above terms and conditions.
